Intro to Multi Vendor Ordering (MVO)

Multi-Vendor Ordering (MVO) is the way me&u handles venues that have several different food and drink vendors operating under one roof. Food halls, markets, festivals, and multi-tenant venues are all common examples. With MVO, your guests scan one QR code, browse every vendor's menu in one place, and pay once for everything they have ordered, no matter how many different vendors are involved.

Behind the scenes, me&u takes the guest's single cart and splits it by vendor. Each vendor receives only the items they are responsible for, on their own live orders screen, the same way they would if a guest had ordered from them directly.
Each vendor:
- Receives their items on their own live orders screen
- Receives payment for their own items
- Runs their kitchen as normal
