Feedback is a fully integrated feature in me&u to encourage, collect, and manage guest feedback for your venue.

💡Key Info

• Guest feedback collection is on by default. You can toggle this off in Manage in the Feedback tab on the sidebar menu
• Post-purchase, guests are prompted to optionally leave a star rating out of 5
• Once they've selected their star rating, guests can optionally leave a written comment
