Live Orders
- In Manage you can view Live Orders and access venue Order History
- You must keep an eye on Live Orders on your venues tablet or iPad during service to manage your orders effectively, identifying and acting on any failed orders from POS!
Steps
- Go to Orders > Live Orders.
- Click the Live Orders tab.
New orders will automatically appear as cards with different colours representing the order type (including pick-up, takeaway and dine-in) as well as how the orders are integrated with your POS system.
The orders will move to the ‘Completed Orders’ tab once they have been accepted by the POS.
Missed Orders
A missed order is when an order has been placed on me&u but has not made it to the POS. Orders that have been rejected by the POS will still have the guests’ payment processed but they will not make it to the POS for printing and will not make it to the POS reports.
