• Refunds are processed in venue by your managers
• They take 3-5 business days to clear into the customer's account

Refund Receipts

When a refund is processed, it updates the customer's invoice to show the refunded amount. You can tell the customer to recheck their original invoice (sent via SMS) from me&u to see the refund.
