- Open a Safari or Chrome web browser on a computer, phone or tablet.
Note: Manage me&u will not work on Internet Explorer - Open http://manage.meandu.app (Bookmark the URL)
- Enter your Email Address & Password provided by me&u (click Forgot Password? to reset it)
- Click Sign In.
As a Manager, it's essential that your staff are trained on these three key functions within the Manage portal:
- How to check Live orders & resolve errors
- How to add a wait time
- How to mark a product as sold out
User Access Levels
Who can manage users?
- Users with the "Owners" permissions level will be able to manage staff for any venue they have access to.
- If you have several venues within your organisation, navigate to the drop-down in the top left of Manage to manage staff at each venue.
Viewing staff
- From the Organisation Staff listing page; you can easily search for staff by Name, Venue, or by Role.
- Clicking the column headers Name, Email, Role, or Venues will allow you to sort by that column
How to invite new staff
Click [Invite Staff] to add someone new to your Organisation - you will be taken to the Invite Staff page where you can:
- Assign the staff member’s role
- Add their name
- Add their email
- Assign them to one or more venues
The staff member will then receive an email prompting them to complete setting up their account. They will then be able to log into Manage.
How to remove staff
If you need to audit/delete any staff from your venue contact us via support@meandu.com
