What are categories?

Your categories are the first thing that your customers see on your menu! These house your different sections and your menu items. Making these categories clear, logical and beautiful will ensure your menu is easy to navigate.

Setting these up will typically follow the structure of your old paper menus, however the flexibility of your me&u menu allows you to be more creative as well! Having a ‘specials’ or ‘staff picks’ category right at the top of your menu is a great way to highlight featured or high profit menu items.
