Surcharges

A surcharge is an additional charge applied to a guest's bill at specific times. You can set these up on special days in order to cover additional salary costs. 

For example, Sunday surcharges and public holiday surcharges.
E.g. a venue might have a 10% surcharge that is automatically applied to all orders every Sunday.

Discounts

Within Manage, you can create a simple discount code that applies a percentage discount or surcharge. These can be set to apply automatically or with the requirement of an entered coupon code.
