You can customise SMS messages for customers within your Manage portal.
SMS Notification to Venue Staff
An SMS can be sent to a number of your choice when an order has been rejected by the POS. This can be setup in Manage (Orders>SMS Notifications>Mobile numbers for order notifications). Keep in mind these SMS notifications will be sent for orders that have been rejected as well as Pickup orders that the guest has placed.
SMS Notifications to Guests per order status
A customer will receive a SMS notification every time they place an order for Pickup, Delivery, Counter pickup and In-venue delivery. These messages are customisable in manage under the SMS Notifications tab.
SMS Notification to Guests when order is rejected
When an order is rejected, an SMS can be sent to the guest informing them that their order may not have reached the POS. The payment is still processed, but the guest can notify staff that their order may not have reached the POS. To set this up, contact me&u support.
Note: You will not be charged to send SMS notifications. me&u absorbs this cost for you.
